This is my second experience with Aaron's, and as both a landlord and homeowner I am a customer for life. I was notified when Cole was on his way. He showed up on time, was courteous and professional, and took care of my faucet installation promptly and thoroughly.

I called Aaron’s when I realized my basement was flooded with water from my hot water heater. They were extremely friendly and had someone come to my house within that hour. I called after business hours and only had to pay a small after hour fee. They were extremely helpful with explaining the issue. Definitely recommend!

The two technicians arrived within the given time frame, and spent several hours working to ensure that my sewer line was clear of a major root infestation we had discovered. They gave clear instructions for followup protection with root killer, and left my basement clean and dry, unlike a competitor I had used previously.

Overall I had a great experience working with Aaron's plumbing. Kevin came over for a consultation and was super helpful and then a few weeks later I had Cole, Nik and Cam come and do a lot of work on my newly purchased home. The three of them worked the entire day at my house, literally the entire day, to complete the project in one day. Last Friday, needed my water heater replaced. It was late in the day. They were very accommodating. Nick did an excellent job of explaining the cost and work, and replacing the heater. Better service and price than the big home improvement stores in the Lansing area.

2 days after moving into my new home, my sump pump went out! Water was leaking in my basement and I was freaking out. I called Aaron's and within 1 hour, Cameron was there. He was very professional, he explained to me what the problem was and what my options were. He replaced the sump pump and within 2 hours the job was done. I couldn't have been more satisfied! The company was easy to make an appointment with-they worked with my availability. They called to tell me when the technician was to arrive and he did come promptly. The technician was prompt, polite, knowledgeable and did quick, clean work. He also asked several times if I had further questions or concerns. Alleviated one concern I had and told me about a few other services that were available that I might want to consider in the future. The price may have been high, but I didn't do a lot of shopping around with a pipe that was leaking-I wanted it fixed ASAP. I will consider them in the future for other services. Great to work with.

I had a major plumbing issue that surfaced late on a Friday night. They came out and worked late into the night and then came back the next day in horrible, freezing weather and fixed my issue for me. Excellent service and very honest.

Mark and Dakota were on time, professional, and knowledgeable. They were courteous enough to cover their wet, snow-covered shoes in my home and were patient with me, taking the time to answer all of my questions regarding future projects. I cannot express how completely satisfied I am with Aaron’s Plumbing! I would definitely recommend them, and have to everyone I have spoken with. We were in a pinch and Aaron’s Plumbing came to our rescue. Nik was dispatched to us for the preliminary issue for a clog., however, troubleshooting required additional assistance from Cameron and hydro jetting. They arrived quickly and were courteous, and extremely conscientious and respectful of our home, providing “white”(blue) glove/blue bootie service.
